HCM Change Only Extract Behavior

Hi Team,

I have created a change Only Extract using Assignment History UE (PER_EXT_ASSIGNMENT_BASIC_HISTORY_UE). 

Suppose there are 5 assignment changes for a particular person.
When creating the baseline I am getting all the 5 history assignment records. 
Then I have changed data in current active assignment of the person. And ran the extract in Change Only Mode (I have selected Changed Attribute). 
As it is a Changed Extract expectation is it will only pick that particular assignment that was changed. Instead it is picking all the 5 assignment records.  How to pick only the particular assignment that I have changed.
