Employee IBAN and Bank Account Number should be unique and validated before saving

Summary

Employee personal Payment Method Details should not be Unique

Content

Employee IBAN and Bank Account Number should be unique,  system should not allow to save duplicate IBAN and Account Number,  as of now system showing a soft warning -  whether to consider it as "Joint Account",  in  UAE we do not have a concept of Joint Account, every employee should have a unique IBAN and Account Number,  even husband and wife should have different bank account numbers,  it should not be duplicated,  as of now, system allowing to save duplicate records.

Issue :  Due to certain UAE regulatory restrictions,  our employees are not allowed to add / update bank details as there is no feature  to route the request for verification before saving the record,  so this entire process is maintained manually and our administrators by mistake updating same account or IBAN number to different employees, as there is no validation, we are unable to restrict duplicate records.

Howdy, Stranger!
