Notification received in english, instead of chinese

I  have configured the send invite notification in the recruiting content library with the translation of chinese (translation editor). I made sure notification email  version was also set to active status.

Next is i sign out and then login again but selected chinese langiage option in the language list in the login page.  Next searched for the candidate, then add him/her to the requisition, which makes the candidate a prospect.  

When i checked the email of the candidate, the notification was in english and not chinese.!
