At address section we are seeing some unwanted Long text fields for all countries in the system.
"Website, Contact Details Person 1, Contact Details Person 2, Contact Details Person 3"

These fields are appearing for all countries in the application.

We haven't added any fields at "Manage Address Formats" and address section is not extensible.
We haven't created any custom fields at Address object.

These fields are appearing at "Accounts and Contacts" objects.

Anyone has any idea from where these fields would have come.
