Interviews in IA hub cannot be seen in screen to add interviews to HR Help Desk Knowledge Article


I've got an Intelligent Advisor Hub with a connection to a Fusion instance. The connection is showing 'green' as working. Within HCM I've enabled Knowledge and as a Knowledge Author I'm creating an article. I click on the tool option to add an IA interview and the drop down has no options. Within the Hub I've added the connection, enabled all channels for the interviews and also added the CORS settings for security.

Can anybody point out what else needs to be done so that the interviews can be selected from the popup menu from Author knowledge?
