Element Entry - Input Value update

Is there a specific way to be able to update one of the input value of an element entry?

Each Element has a list of Input Values.

Is there a specific way to be able to update one of those input value based on certain logic? So that when a user goes into element entries, that input would have an updated value and not the original value..
