We are looking for a solution where a requester can add attachment on a certain type of  requisition which has a sensitive information ,so only a group of people can access . We are looking solution oracle cloud or Oracle Content and Experience Cloud (OCE) or any third party application which can talk to Oracle cloud. I would appreciate it if you can share your suggestion .
