HSDL error while loading element entry "The entry value doesn't exist in the lookup table"

I am trying to load an element entry using HSDL. Everything looks correct. There is a field status which is a lookup with 2 values

1.Orignal Entry

2.Updated Entry

Now when I am trying to load an element entry using HSDL it throws an error for that lookup.

Now I configured the screen entry value for the status field as a lookup so while filling the HSDL sheet it prompts me that exact lookup value and then I load it so the value entered on the sheet matches the value in the actual lookup in the system.

Inspite of that I keep getting error"The entry value doesn't exist in the lookup table"

Howdy, Stranger!
