EEO Data Mismatch between ORC and HCM: Race/Ethnicity

We are in the process of implementing ORC and are having some issues with race and ethnicity. We noticed that the default drop-down list for Ethnicity in ORC has a combined list of race and ethnicity, but the Core HR module separates them into two different fields. The lists also don't match. For example, ORC has a "Two or More Races" option while Core HR doesn't. Considering the importance of OFCCP compliance, has anyone else run into this issue? If someone selects Two or More races while filling out the application, where does that response go?
