Hi,

We have noticed our candidates who have completed a background check within a year are being transferred to PES Complete automatically. Oracle has provided setting updates which do not prevent the candidate from auto progressing, and supposedly this cannot be prevented.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? What process has been used to not auto progress those candidates with an existing background check?
