Hi Everyone, 

We are essentially using the offer form to generate our pending worker record, which has over 100 fields. Of these fields, 30+ need to be defined by the HR Partner on the requisition. We are trying to determine the best to capture this information from the HR Person on the requisition. Should we create a template message that the HR Partner initiates using the 20D Collaborator functionality? If so, how would we trigger the HR Partner to complete the template?

Is there a configurable form in Oracle HCM that we can leverage to generate responses to 30+ fields for HR and have that sent to our Shared Services team?
