Summary

Unable to create a block volume on the always free tier

Content

Hello, I want to begin using the Always Free Tier of my Oracle Cloud account. However, when I try to create a block volume, I am unable to do and I get the error message that I have reached the limit for this resource. I don't currently have any block volumes defined. I don't even have any object storage in use. From what I understand, I get up to 100GB of block storage included with the free tier. Thanks for your help!
