Outlook365 creating tasks from emails


I have a question and looked around for the answer but was not successful.  I realize that Tasks can be created in Sales Cloud from email using the outlook365 add-in but is it possible to manually select a record in Sales Cloud to associate the email?  For example, we have various sales people that call on various Accounts and when they complete the customer visit they write an internal email and would like to select the Account in Sales Cloud so that all sales people have visibility.  The add-in automatically shows the related records in Sales Cloud to share the
