We have a group of 150 new hires which were all processed via ORC with a start date but now want to bring forward with COVID restrictions being eased. Is there an easy way to update these, considering our careers team have extended another 150 offers to them for the correct start date but unable to process them through to HR as they get an error due to a future start date.

They all now have multiple hire/start dates
