Performance History Upload

Hello,

Client's need is to upload employees' performance history.

They need very basic informations as:

- Year

- Evaluation.

I was thinking about to create a new content section: which template would you suggest? As the task "Content type" is deprecated, I need to use a standard section.

Any suggestion / best practice?
