US background check and onboarding
We have a challenge regarding US background check for my current project.
We will build a dedidated interface with the background check partner. The background check has to be triggered after the offer but before the move to HR. The CSP state that triggers the background check is "Pre-Empl screen to be scheduled". Then, the background check partner will update back the CSP states in case of error. This will trigger a notification to the manager who will check the error and move back the CSP to "Pre-Empl screen to be scheduled", which will again trigger the background check.
