Maintaining employees Taleo User Types inline with their Fusion Roles

What is the best way of maintaining employees Taleo User Types when they have changes to their Fusion Roles?

Good morning,

We have recently discovered that employees who subsequently become a line manager on Fusion are not automatically being provisioned with the line manager user type in Taleo.

A couple of weeks ago I found an article that mentioned a separate process that will cater for this scenario but I can no longer locate it. I also understand this process will not remove the line manager user type on Taleo for employees who subsequently stop being a line manager on Fusion. If their line manager user type is manually deleted on Taleo it is then likely to reappear when this process is next run.
