Hi Everyone, 

I hope you all are safe. We are in progress of updating our job family list globally but it won't be done until after go-live. As a result, we would want to create a job family list that is more digestible than what we have in Core HR (used internally only). Has any other company been able to create a job family or function list to use on the internal career site that is more externally friendly?

For the external job board, we leverage a CRM and I am thinking we will do a mapping table to address the issue.
