Is there any way to automate the routing of in progress approval workflow to new manager?

Hi Team,

we recently updated manager details for some of the employees. but some In Progress work flow notifications(Goal Approval or PO approval) still with the old manager and now those are not valid.

is there any way, when we change the manager details, it should automatically route the in- progress work flows to new manger?
