Anyone ever encounter import errors on specific records

We have JDE to build our job descriptions and we import the data to Taleo. Recently we've had two records that have failed. I'm assuming its on the JDE data entry side that is causing the issue, but we're having a hard time solving for it. Has anyone had success trouble shooting this or can help me find a import log error file? Any help really appreciated.
