What is the source of your Competencies list?

Hi all,

We are hoping to roll out the Skills & Qualifications page in the coming months. However, we do not currently have a Competencies list in the system.

For those of you using the Competencies section, where does your list of Competencies come from? Is it a list that your company created, or is it a list you found somewhere online?

Any advice based on experience with your company setup or others that you have seen would be greatly appreciated.
