Where do i configure time remaining field?

Hello all.

Does anyone know where do i configure the Field TimeRemaining when open an SR.
I need itr to be default 48Hrs from the moment it is opened.
And would also like to know what else can i do with this field. If when time diminishes could we raise priority etc?
