Goals: Worker vs. Manager EL expression

Goals: Worker vs. Manager EL expression

Content

We've added text to the Add Goal page, but would like to have different text that displays for managers vs. workers.  I tried using the expressions that I've used in performance to differentiate the roles (#{pageFlowScope.pRoleTypeCode == 'WORKER'} and #{pageFlowScope.pRoleTypeCode == 'MANAGER'}, but those aren't working - seems that they must just be performance.  Does anyone know what expression can accommodate this in goals?
