System.AgentTransfer expired action not working

Hello Gurus -

 We have set the Session Expiration in the Live Agent configuration to 5 minutes and set the action expired for System.AgentConversation. 

The session expiration works but the expired action didn't triggered. Please let me know if there is wrong on how implemented it.
