Invoice needing reception

When paying an invoice that have a PO, we need to have a reception to pay it

Hi All,

 

I want to know if there is a way to enable the process of matching the invoices to the reception when there a PO attached to the Invoices.

In a perfect world we would want that we need a reception to enter an invoice an that invoice would need to match the reception +/- some extraordinairy fees.

If someone know something about this.
