Technicians can create asset notes but cannot view asset notes

Seeded role Maintenance Manager role appears to provide ability to create, edit, delete asset notes.

Are there particular privileges that the Maintenance Technician needs to have in order to view the asset notes?

Would like for our technicians to be able to view asset notes, however, not create asset notes.
