BSO to ASO transfer : Level 0 data

Hi 

I have a question. 

When transferring from BSO cube to ASO cube using data management or any other option, does level 0 data only get imported from BSO to ASO?

If im entering data at a parent level for a sparse dimension, which the data storage option is "store" will data not appear to ASO cube?

 

This is an epbcs application
