Hi,

I have enabled all the notifications under Profile Management(Talent Notifications), When Manager/HR Specialist adding Degrees/Languages/Honors and Awards, Worker/Employee is receiving the notification,

but when Manager/HR Specialist adding Competency then Worker/Employee is not receiving the notification.

Please let me know if you come across this scenario.
