We have noticed two potential areas for improvement within the Data Exchange functionality as part of our implementation.

First, unlike the workbench in Data Management (DM), the workbench in the Data Exchange card/pane does not appear to allow a user to export the information into Excel. Our users would like to have this ability, as they could then export a customized view depending on the data they want to review (they cannot set additional Columns as default columns in the current Data Management workbench - so every time they move between areas in DM, the workbench reverts back to the standard format).
