We have two cloud accounts and we want to migrate the instances from one cloud to another cloud

Hi Team,

We have two different cloud accounts. Say X and Y.

In cloud account 'X' we have multiple instances belonging to OIC, DBCS, JCS, Analytics Instance and Data Warehouse instances.

We want to migrate entire instances from cloud account 'X' to new cloud account 'Y'

Is this possible to migrate the instances between two different clouds?
