Can't delete the uploaded Competency through the HDL

When i uploaded the some of competencies, now i need to delete, but HDL getting error.

Used HDL (For delete):

Error Message : 

01. An error occurred while processing your data set: oracle.as.scheduler.ExecutionBizErrorException: java.lang.RuntimeException: DLOAD_PROCESS_BIZ_ERROR. (HRC-1035513)

02. The file ProfileItem.zip contains no valid data files. (HRC-1035260)

03. The file name ProfileItem is invalid. The file name must be the name of a top-level supported business object. (HRC-1035258)
