Non Recurring Elements added in the termination month - For Terminated Employees - Not appearing in the HCM Extract unless the termination date is not the last day of the month.

PER_EXT_SEC_PERSON_UE  is the root UE.

ELEMENT ENTRIES RANGE is the Elements UE.

I have raised an Oracle SR as well, they have come back with this:

 

PER_EXT_PAY_EMPLOYEES_UE is used for all extracts that required extracting terminated employees. I don't think it will work if you use PER_EXT_SEC_PERSON_UE as root but you should try.
