Create a Worker using REST API won't trigger "Hire an Employee" notifications
Summary
Create a Worker using REST API won't trigger "Hire an Employee" notificationsContent
Hi everyone.
So we're deploying the interface from an external applicant tracking system to Fusion. we're using REST API to create an employee record and we currently open an "Employee" record only and not a "Pending Worker". we're using this POST function to open the worker record.
Usually, when i hire a new employee on the system, the transaction goes through the "Hire an Employee" approval flow. I don't know why but the Interface opens the worker records via a process called: "Checklist Action Composite" and not "Hire an Employee" and that's why i don't get any notifications.
