Cannot Unlock a Parent Entity


The recent enhancement to assist with locking of new entities is a great new feature. Unfortunately we added a new entity prior to the enhancement so we need to go back to unlock and re-lock all periods so that the new entity is included in the data lock.

However, while attempting to unlock data, a Fail message is displayed on one of the parent entities. The error message is not that helpful in resolving the issue. Refer attached image.

Are there any tips for unlocking data or how to resolve issues in this area?
