Where are Service Contracts Managed - Subscription Management or Enterprise Contracts

Hi,

Before Subsription Management came along in R13 17B - Enterprise contracts was the repository for Service Contracts/Included Warranties/Extended Warranties.

I read an article on the Community forum: Subscription Management vs Contract Management (Community Discussion ID 4289378), which says that Service Contracts/Included Warranties/Extended warranties have moved to Subscription Management.

I need more details on how this is happening - some process flows/documentation links would be helpful which show how Subscription Management is handling included warranties / service contracts / extended warranties
