Add additional LOV on Supplier Registration Page

we have requested the Industry Type field to be added to the Supplier Registration page. The Industry Type should also appear on the PO Creation Page based on the information from the supplier. The field is blank the Procurement Specialist should be able to select the Industry Type from the list below via drop down method
