Order Management Cloud standalone implementation

Our client wants to implement Oracle order management cloud standalone while they want to have the financials and the inventory tracking system to remain in Oracle EBS. we would like to understand along with Oracle order management cloud, do we need to implement any other module? Do we need GL license to establish Enterprise structure in Oracle Cloud or whether it can be handled as a shared configuration in Order Management Cloud.

Please do let us know if you have any prior experience/documentation for a similar implementation.
