Our hospital currently has 200+ single bin par locations throughout the organization, which are scanned and replenished from a central store once each day.  We are looking at moving some of those par locations to 2-bin pars.   Today, we utilize a third party front end product for the mobile management of those pars, which interfaces with Oracle for the inventory movement and costing transactions.  The 2-bin system will be new development for the third party front end mobile product provider.  I am looking for tips, tricks, ideas, lessons learned as I prepare requirements for the development and implementation of a
