Summary

Why there is no end date to the previous performance rating on Talent Ratings page.

Hi,

During Performance and Talent SIT, manager completed annual review and submitted performance rating via performance document for his associates. Their performance rating are flowing to the Talent Ratings page.

However, there is no end date reflected for the previous one. What could be the reason?
