Huge data in outdated APEX installations in the cloud database

Summary

How to delete outdated APEX database users in an autonomous database?

Content

Hey guys,

I have an issue with the size of my cloud database and couldn't find a solution for this so far. Sorry if I missed something obvious.

My database grew by many gigabytes lately, and I found that 2/3 of the AWR size is blocked by data from old apex versions with the database users APEX_190200 and APEX_200100.

In a non-cloud database I would DROP CASCADE those users after successful installation of APEX_200200 with SYSDBA rights. I tried the same with the ADMIN user of my autonomous cloud database, but am stopped by "insufficient privileges".

Howdy, Stranger!
