Send Auto Response based on dynamic criterias

Hi Community Members,

We are looking for a solution to send customized auto response when customer creates SR using email and it gets assigned to specific queue.

As of now customers are receiving the same auto response regardless of queues.

Here are the options we have tried so far :

  1. Checked the OOTB tasks profile options along with Manage Messages task
  2. Configured object workflow to send email notification but it is not working as per our expectations.

 

Please provide some suggestions on this.
