From where is best the Executive Manager to share Organization Goals - from Me or My Team tile?

Can Executive Manager share Organization Goals from My Team > Goals tile, or only from Me> Career and Performance > Goals?

Hi there, The Goals documentation is unclear about where the Executive Manager or Manager that has Manage Performance Goal for Organization privilege can go to actually share that Organization Goals. In my view, I think these Organization Goals should be shared from MY Team > Goals > My Organization Goals but when I tried that in our Dev5 POD I couldn't do that.

I could only check 'Share this goal with your organization check box' only when navigating as an Executive manager from Me> career and Performance> Goals app. I wonder why in our case is not working to share them from My Team? See screenshot attached. Any sugesstions or insights would be greatly appreciated. Regards Daniela
