DCIA Process Fee Amount is not getting calculated

Hi

We have Debt collection involuntary deduction element setup.

Have setup to take a $3 as DCIA Process Fee Amount on the calculation card, but payroll is not taking the $3 as deduction.

I could not find any instructions on the processing fee setup for Dept Collection involuntary.

Please share if I am missing any setup.
