Allow multiple occurrence for Feedback to the same interviewer

Hi,
Problem Description: Interview Template sent to Interviewer and they completed it. Then again, we would like to send request for the same interview feedback template to the same Interviewer, the system doesn't allow that and gives an error.
Is there any solution for this where we can send the same Interview Template to the same Interviewer multiple times at various stages of the selection process?
As a workaround, we are thinking to duplicate the Feedback Template and create three versions of it so that the same form can be sent again. But if someone has a better solution to this then please let me know.
