Hi,
I created a new User isr-next-gen-hd-user_ww@oracle.com from My Teams/Roles section and provided Internal Help Desk user role.
When I login as this user and goto Help desk--My Help--Create SR--Save, I get the below error message as attached the forum. The HR record is present for this user. Please assist with the issue.
