Can't access Rest API outside client network/VDI


We are trying to test the ORC rest api's outside VDI in Postman but it returns a 403 forbidden status. 

We already tried to tick the enable form all IP addresses check box to all the security roles of the credentials we are using but it still now working.


What could be the possible reasons behind this ? and how did you fix it ?
