Can we provision Azure AD account for a new hire and also automate user identity information exchange between Oracle HCM Cloud and Azure AD using SCIM ( System for Cross-Domain Identity Management). This is an alternative option we are evaluating for synchronization of user information instead of building file based or middleware based integrations between HCM Cloud and Azure AD.

Appreciate if any info could be provided whether this is possible and if so what needs to be done to enable it.
