HDL error but report shows as OK

Hello Experts

Trying to upload payslip, PayrollInterfaceInboundRecord.dat, I'm facing this issue in HDL:
ORA-00001: restrição exclusiva (FUSION.HRY_PI_INBD_RECORDS_U1) violada
A restrição "HRY_PI_INBD_RECORDS_U1" foi violada na pós-operação:"Inserir" usando a instrução SQL

 I've run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report as instructed in the error. and it shows no issues whatsoever.

Does anyone know what is missing or causing this issue? or even if I could desconsider it, without losing any data?
