Summary

Currently the New Contact field on leads (PrimaryContactSimplifiedName) is not included in REST call and can not be added to the Outlook 365 layouts.

Currently the New Contact field on the Lead object (PrimaryContactSimplifiedName) is  not included in REST call and can not be added to the Outlook 365 layouts.  Users are unable to create leads with a new contact in the Outlook 365 plugin like they can in the Web UI. The new contact field is mapped to the new contact as the name  when converting the lead.
