Can retro output elements show number of hours as well as Pay Value?

edited Dec 1, 2020 12:20PM in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 5 comments

Summary

If hours are entered in a previous period, the retro output element only has Pay Value, not hours.

Content

An hourly paid employee has 10 "basic hours" entered into a previous period. Retro is run, and a "basic hours retro" element entry is generated in the current period which holds the Pay Value. Which is fine, but can the retro element somehow hold the 10 hours figure as well?

The issue is that employees are being paid for retro hours, but their payslip, our reporting, minimum wage calculations etc are not showing the hours figure, so dividing pay by hours gives a meaningless result.
